New Year's eve party on the Danube
with live music and possibility for dance
We would like to invite you to spend the New Year’s Eve in a splendid way! We created a special program which combines Hungary’s cultural treasures with Budapest unparalleled atmosphere.
The "Pearl of the Danube" is peaceful and bustling, a big metropolis and still a friendly city. The historic meets the modern here, the hills harmonize with the river, which flows through the city. Budapest’s incomparable beauty prompted UNESCO to place it on the World Heritage list. The best way to see all this beauty is to make a ship cruise.
Our New Year’s Eve is organised on a boat, the amusement is garanteed by the award-winning Rajkó Gipsy Orchestra and Ensemble. Through the performed dances you can gain insight into the folk music, dance and costume heritage of Hungary. Besides Hungarian culture you will meet people from different countries with whom you will celebrate this unforgetable evening. The Orchestra will provide also opportunity for dance.
Meeting point, and boarding from 7.00 pm is at the dock No. 1 at Jászai Mari tér. The gala dinner begins at 8.00 pm.
During the evening, the ship will cruise twice. After the performances the boat will dock at the Jászai Mari square (the Pest side of the city).
Welcome the New Year with us while cruising in the middle of the Danube at midnight, surrounded by the magnificent atmosphere of Budapest!
The price includes bus transfer after the New Year’s Eve party back to your hotel.

The rest of the evening the boat will be standing at the port of Jászai Mari square.
Detailed Program:
19:00-19:30 Embarkation from the Jászai Mari tér 1.
20:00-22:00 Gala dinner with sightseeing (in the meantime the ship leaves 20:30-21:30)
21: 00 The Rajkó Gipsy Band arrives to the ship and the music starts
22:00-22: 45, or 23:00-23:45 Performance of the professional dancers of the Rajkó Ensemble Ltd.
23: 55-00:55 The ship leaves and our guests spend the New Year’s Eve on the danube.
In the meantime the midnight-dinner is served on the buffet-table
00: 55 Party until dawn (possibility for dance)
During the whole program the music is performed by Rajkó Gipsy Orchestra, and they will perform all kind of music to dance for.

Dear Guests,
If you would like to book to our New Years’ Eve programme, on the ordering form please give us your
- name
- address
- e-mail address
- Telephone number (which you’re going to use during your visit)
- The name of the accomodation, where you’re going to stay in Budapest.
The ticket price is 151 Euro. You have to pay the deposit via internet, which is 46 Euro. We give you a possibility, if you pay 100 Euro in cash, you’re going to get 5 Euro discount from the full price.
Please note that in our office and on the ship you can pay only in cash.
If you paid the deposit during the reservation you must go to the Danube Palace (Zrinyi Street 5) to pay the rest at least 24 hours before the event.
The boarding to the ship will start at 07:00 PM. Guests whom will arrive earlier have to wait on the river bank.
At the end of the program bus transfer will leave from the ship in every hour, starting at 1:00 AM
